Yes, all orders are shipped from Gold Coast, Queensland Australia, within 3 business days of purchasing.
We offer flat rate shipping across Australia - $45 per order. It doesn't matter how little or how much you order, the shipping is always the same - $45.
On average we ship the items out in 2 weeks as some of our items are custom made (depending on the size of your door frame). Then it takes between 3-6 business days with Australia Post in most metro & regional areas. If you are located in WA, NT, Tas or somewhere rural please allow a couple of extra days for delivery.
Yes it is! We don't have a shopfront just yet, but we do offer local pick up from our warehouse in Gold Coast by prior arrangement. Please do get in touch to discuss turnaround & pick up times before you place your order.
Yes, we offer tracking on all orders. Your tracking will be sent to you in an email once your order has been completed & shipped out.
If you haven't received your order within 14 business days of ordering, please do get in touch with us and we will follow your order up with our couriers or Australia Post. Rest assured, we will take care of this for you :)
YES WE DO! We happily accept returns if the item you have received is damaged, unsuitable for use or you have simply changed your mind. You will find the Returns policy in the footer of this page.
Yes, you would have to pay for the shipping to return the items unless the items are damaged or we have sent you the wrong item – in those cases we will pay for the return shipping.
No, we do not refund the shipping, just the original payment for the items you ordered.
We accept debit and credit cards as well as Paypal and Afterpay. There are no processing fees for any of these payment options other than your normal fees with your bank.
